Porsche ontario has an outstanding service dept. Our svc advisor Mr. David Barron does an excellent job of following the maintenance job & keeping us up to date. He's a polite & courteous professional, always a pleasure to work with.

Brandon Hanson did a great job, really appreciate his service, The loaner car , a Macon S, was fantastic.

My advisor Jose was friendly and very informative. He told me exactly what services would be performed. Very detailed. He went above beyond and replaced my key fob battery with no charge at all. Highly recommended. The dealership websites makes it so easy to schedule arrive and reserved a loaner car. Effortlessly scheduled my services and got the loaner reserved.

Genuinely a wonderful experience from start to finish. I found a 21 CPO Taycan that I wanted from Porsche Ontario and upon putting a request for more information I was helped by Hannah who informed me that the car was still available. The next day I was able to talk to Vanessa and later on Primo Garcia who would be my main point of contact. As an out of state buyer I was hesitant as I wasn't sure what the process was but Primo did a great job of explaining. Coming from a hospitality background I know that service is everything and can tell when someone is BSing it. Primo was refreshingly genuine from the start and was not only extremely knowledgeable about the brand but passionate. He took the time to record a custom video for me that was over 5 minutes long explaining every detail of the car as well as highlighting the flaws. We came to a deal and I flew out the next day to pick up the car in person. Primo actually picked me up from the airport and took me and my girlfriend to the dealership himself! We were able to nerd out about Porsches on the short drive and I learned some interesting facts and history about Porsche that I didn't know before. The dealership itself is gorgeous and loaded with amazing cars in the showrooms from an incredible new GT3RS to a Heritage Edition 911. The presentation and experience of picking up my Taycan was definitely something I'll never forget. Primo went above and beyond to present the car and give me and my girlfriend time to celebrate and take in the this special milestone. After we looked over the car the only thing left was finalizing paperwork with finance department. Usually this is another battle in itself but Primo made sure it was as painless as possible and Shelly Fisher the finance manager was world class. He didn't try to hold me hostage and didn't try to upsell me on every add on. He explained what he felt was important and why and left me to decide if it was needed. Quick and easy. At the end Angel helped us set up the car and we were on the way. I finally understand when people talk about the Porsche experience and how there's nothing like it. This is how you build brand loyalty. I'll be enjoying my new to me Taycan but I'm already looking forward to the next Porsche from Primo and the amazing team at Porsche Ontario.

this was my first experience from Porsche and compare to my other vehicles, the service experience I received from Michael Yeh at Porsche Ontario was fantastic. he provide me the status update on a timely basis and made me worry free from the service. I also felt comfortable at the pickup by Michael's colleague, and his name is Jose. I will keep using them for my future service.

I have been coming ro Porche Ontario for a few months as a new Porsche 911 owner. Jose has been amazing and communicates well about my vehicle’s needs. Very conservative in approach and very understanding about potential costs. Jose looks out for my car as if it was his. Jose is professional, polite, and courteous. Jose also has been a wealth of knowledge about questions i have about the product and my car that really have nothing to do with service. He always takes the time to explain things. .

My hesitancy in driving out to Ontario was rapidly transformed when I met with Jhovan Coronado and his expert associates. The finance manager, Mike, who took over once Jhovan clearly articulated the details of my deal was just as caring and explanatory as Jhovan had been. Each associate made me feel as if I was their only customer even though I know how busy they are. The newer facility is a beautiful piece of architecture and showcases all of the cars perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Porsche Ontario and Jhovan Coronado to anyone seeking a Porsche vehicle.

Great experience 100% easy and painless

It’s not our first Porsche but it was our first experience with Porsche Ontario. Jamie Perez was our guy and he exceeded our expectations. He’s very professional and patiently answered all our questions. The car that we were looking for was gone by the time that we arrived but he kept looking and found a similar and even better one for us. The process and paperwork went fast and smooth. After a few days I called them to help me with some setting up and questions, Jamie called me back right away and walked me through the steps. Thank you Jamie and Porsche Ontario, you are the best!!
