I walked in the other day just to look around because I’m think about purchasing a new vehicle and I was greeted almost immediately with a pleasant welcoming and Jose Martinez helped me out with answer all my questions that I had about some of the cars. April 2025: I own a Classic Porsche 911 that needed tires. My service advisor at Porsche Ontario Brandon Hanson recommended Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2 for Classic Porsches. I checked out the quoted price and it was competitive. I had the tires installed and now my car drives like it did when I drove it from the Stuttgart factory in 1987. I am very happy with Brandon's recommendation and the overall experience! He gets 5 stars. It's rare to find someone who combines knowledge, transparency and genuinely great customer customer service like Jose.

David, definitely one of the best service advisors I worked with, and this is what makes a Porsche experience unique. We had a emergency when our AC system broke down, David was able to help to get us in the line for loaner car and work on our car at his earliest opportunity and kept us informed about all findings and recommendations along the way. It was a great experience having my car serviced at Porsche Ontario, it is now my de facto place to shop for a car in the future.

Purchased a Cayenne GTS with Frank Cinco and it was an amazing experience. It was a huge, first time Porsche purchase/experience for us and he had so much patience and knowledge between all the different models/packages. We test drove many different cars and most definitely had to come back to Frank. We are beyond thrilled with our Cayenne aka Ms. Pepper.
