David Barron at Porsche Ontario was my point of contact after dropping my Porsche off to get repaired. This is not the first Porsche I have owned, but it is the first one I bought used from another dealer-Carvana. When I got the Porsche from Carvana it arrived with fault codes. I took it into one of Carvana’s approved vendors who did absolutely nothing but let my car sit. That vendor said they called BridgeCrest-Carvana’s insurance partner, but they never received a work order from them even though they said they (the Carvana Approved Vendor/Mechanic shop) said ...

I had purchased a Certified Per owned Taycan with Sha Peng. Sha had provided excellent services and assisted to find the highest trade in value for my trade. Sha is very knowledgeable and spend a decent time to explain all the function of my Taycan. The finance manager Shelly had provided excellent services too. Shelly explained clearly throughout the purchase process. Overall, Porsche Ontario team provided definite 5 stars service and for sure I will come back for services and for my future cars.

I inquired about a 911 listed online, immediately heard back from the GM (Mark Marchant) actually. Scheduled a test drive, thought I liked another car better, went and saw that one at another dealer and the vibe was not good, the car was dirty and not prepared for sale. I’ve had my Cayman serviced at the Ontario location since it opened. This was the first time I’ve had Brandon Hanson as my service advisor and was pleased with his knowledge and thoroughness in reviewing my service records and recommending the service I needed. The video inspection was helpful and they finished the service a day early.
I took in my Porsche with the Check Engine Light on, to get serviced here and it turned out that the fix was covered under warranty. I paid nothing, and I got my Porsche fixed with a new oil pressure sensor. Jose at the Service front desk was very helpful and communicative while my car was at the shop. I highly recommend coming here for both buying and servicing your car. They have a great selection of Porsches.

I purchased a 911 through Jose Martinez at Porsche Ontario. I live in Indianapolis, so I bought the car without seeing it in person. Jose sent me a video showing any small imperfection in the car.
