I wanted to take the time to leave a review for Patrick at Porsche Ontario because he truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process with my Porsche. I had a pretty unusual and frustrating situation with my car, and the process ended up taking a couple of months with a lot of ups and downs along the way. Through all of it, Patrick was absolutely amazing. He constantly kept me updated, always answered my questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Even when there wasn’t much of an update, he still took the time to communicate with me and let me know what was going on. What I appreciated most was that Patrick genuinely seemed to care about the situation and understood how frustrating it was for me. He was always honest, professional, and easy to talk to. I know a lot of what happened was completely out of his control, but he did everything he could on his end to make the process as smooth as possible. I also want to give a huge thank you to Mike, the Service Manager, and the Tech Foreman. I know a lot went on behind the scenes with my car, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention everyone put into making sure things were handled the right way. In the end, my car received a brand-new engine and new turbos, and I’m extremely happy to finally have it back. A difficult situation could have easily left me with a bad experience, but Patrick and the entire team at Porsche Ontario made a huge difference.
