I just picked up my new 2025 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid from Porsche Ontario on 3/14/2025. This dealership is stellar! Not only was I well-taken care of by the General Manager Mark Marchant and sales manager Dan Ebach, but others such as my finance ambassador Shelly Fisher and sales consultant Primo Garcia. These men were so over-the top friendly, they made the entire experience relaxing, comfortable for a woman-some who can typically feel very uneasy in a car dealership and very welcoming. Mark texted me periodically to update me with the location of my vehicle even though I tracked it through the Porsche App. Primo spent at least 1 ½ hours with me setting up the car and showing me how to utilize all the bells and whistles. This is my second vehicle leased through The Walters Group(first one in Riverside) and it was well-worth the trip from Corona del Mar, California. Although I ordered this vehicle, there was ample inventory on their lot, more than the dealerships closest to me. I highly recommend doing business with Porsche Ontario as they were more than fair with pricing. No haggling was needed as I was quoted via telephone conversation with Mark Marchant. If you are in the market for a Porche, new or resale, I highly recommend working with this dealership. You won't be sorry! Vroom Vroom!

Wonderful car buying experience! Excellent interaction, amazing experience, awesome place to test-drive a Porsche, and dealership with high integrity. My wife and I very much enjoyed our experience at this dealership (Frank took great care of us). Great guidance: after a test drive with a car we had identified online Frank suggested we take a look at another one that he felt may align well with our feedback. Spot on :-) Excellent service: not only our interaction with sales staff was great, they really went above and beyond to make our first ownership special. When we picked up our vehicle, they had not only did an exterior detail (it had rained the prior day) but also the interior, and had it waiting for us in a dedicated show room. It was super cool! Special kudos to Frank who even brought the second car key to me the next day (I didn’t have to go back to Ontario). Great place to test drive a Porsche: nice boulevards not busy, and right next to the freeway, great place to try one out. We took ample time in our test drives (did it twice in a row as we switched drivers). Integrity: I was very happy that after identifying an inconspicuous issue as I picked up the vehicle, i.e. AFTER signing and paying, the dealership owned up to it and is taking care of it. That means a lot to me.

Jhovan Coronado from Porsche Ontario helped me with my Taycan purchase. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and the purchase process. It was such an enjoyable and easy experience working with him and the dealership in arriving at a very fair price. I appreciated him going above and beyond in providing information about the car, even going out of his way to deliver the car to our house. Jhovan and all the people at Porsche Ontario were pleasant, responsive and accommodating. A truly outstanding team led by Jhovan and Sales Manager Dan Ebach. This is my second purchase from Dan and Jhovan, and they again met all of my expectations.

David Barron my service advisor went above and beyond to ensure that my service experience went smoothly, even while dealing with things he wasn't responsible for. The team at Ontario operated smoothly, efficiently, effectively and made the entire process enjoyable. I am grateful to them all and appreciate their professionalism. Visited the dealership to check out a couple of CPO MaCans for the Mrs. After a couple of minutes we met with Patrick Posey. Patrick was very personable and professional. He made the shopping experience easy and there was never any pressure. His knowledge of Porsche models was exceptional and he went into detail on the differences between the various models. After the test drive we departed the dealership. He followed up with us the next day and after a day or two of communication, we decided to make an offer and purchase the vehicle. Sha Peng was my salesperson at the dealership. The buying process was very smooth. The dealership was proactive in reaching out and making a deal. There was a delay on the delivery of the vehicle due to a small issue. Sha took time to contact me outside of normal business hours to make sure I was informed. I ended up with a great car and buying experience in the end.
