I’m so happy with the service and care I received that Ontario Porsche. Everyone was so friendly and real and caring! And everything there was clean and neat!

Although I haven't purchased a Porsche yet, I felt compelled to leave a review because of the exceptional experience I've had at Porsche Ontario. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine respect. There was never any pressure—just a sincere desire to help me make the right decision. I especially want to recognize Jose Martinez, Brand Ambassador, for his outstanding product knowledge, patience, and professionalism. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It was clear that his goal was to help me make an informed decision rather than simply sell me a car. I would also like to thank Rob Little, Sales Manager, whose friendliness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Rob went above and beyond to ensure I had the opportunity to properly evaluate the Macan Electric, allowing me to make a thoughtful decision instead of rushing into such an important purchase. That level of customer care is rare and speaks volumes about the culture at Porsche Ontario. Over the past several months, I have visited three different Porsche dealerships while researching my next vehicle. Without question, Porsche Ontario has provided the highest level of professionalism, customer service, and overall experience. Buying a Porsche is a significant investment, and as someone who takes that decision seriously, I sincerely appreciate a dealership that values long-term relationships over high-pressure sales tactics. Our first Porsche and there was a problem with then hatch not locking properly. Jose Rodel aka smiley took it with a loaner on short notice and got it back to us the next morning all done and repaired on a recently issued recall by Porsche for rear end electonics malfunctions. Jose knew this had to be done quickly and swiftly and gave us back our Macan GTS EV in tip top shape. Shout out to the porter who also noticed there was water dripping from the car wash and wanted to wipe it down. Didn’t catch his name unfortunately but kudos to him and management for hiring people that go the extra mile. A++++

Anthony Lee made all process to get 911 possible and as easy as possible... most of all very ethical and genuine as far as customer care. it was a great experience.

Took my car for service and Jose Rodela took care of my Taycan and me as always. Truly a top notch experience with Jose and Porsche Ontario. 40k service, overall check up, recalls. All done smooth and faster than estimated. Cant go wrong with these guys!
