What is Electrify America?

Electrify America is a Zero-Emission Vehicle organization based in Virginia that provides fast, convenient charging stations across the United States. The customer-centric network of vehicle chargers stations nationwide are located at workplaces, in communities, and on highways for efficient charging while on the go.

Electrify America allows you to charge your Porsche EV through public charging networks using a direct current (DC) charger for ultra fast power to your battery letting you get back on the road in as little as 30 minutes.

How to Charge My Porsche EV with Electrify America?

Charging with Electrify America is easy, just locate your nearest charging station whether that be in Ontario, Los Angeles, Chino, Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga, or Walnut. You can even download the Electrify America app for added convenience when it comes to locating a charger. Once you locate a charger just follow these simple steps:

  1. Park your Porsche EV making sure that the charging port aligns with the connector port.
  2. Identify the proper connector for your vehicle, you’ll find the following options: Green Hyper-Fast for CCS connectors (350 kW), Teal Ultra-Fast labels for CCS connectors (150 kW), and Blue CHAdeMO for CHAdeMO connectors (50 kW).
  3. Once you determine the right connector, just connect it to your EV and you’ll hear a click when it’s fully attached.
  4. Lastly, just pay on the connector port screen where you can also see the vehicle’s charging progress.
