Every classic vehicle has a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), engine number, and transmission number. What is Included in the Porsche Classic Technical Certificate?

The certificate documents original vehicle information such as Vehicle Identification Number, model type, date of production, delivery point, actual engine and transmission numbers, displacement, exterior information, interior information, and optional equipment.

There is also a technical check which includes:

• A list of test points, which failed to meet requirements during the technical check
• Vehicle data
• Wheels/ tires
• Pass or failure of drive system and underbody
• Pass or failure of engine compartment
• Pass or failure of fluids, interior, and exterior
• Eight pictures of your classic vehicle

How to Order the Porsche Classic Technical Certificate?

A Porsche Classic Technical Certificate can only be ordered at a Porsche Classic Partner or a qualified authorized dealer, such as Porsche Ontario. All you have to do is schedule an appointment for a technical inspection and once your vehicle has been inspected and the certificate has been completed it can be picked up at the dealership.
